Tremendous feedback from the 2009 Annual Share Registration Conference!
Capita Registrars is delighted to announce that our annual Share Registration conference which took place on 7 October 2009 at the headquarters of the BAFTA award ceremonies was the most successful to date.
In addition to talks from Capita senior management our keynote speakers were Sir Christopher Hogg, Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council who discussed the revision of the Combined Code and Nilufer von Bismarck, Partner from Slaughter & May who addressed such topics as the final implementation of the Companies Act 2006 and Shareholder Rights Directive.
With over 100 delegates in attendance, post-conference comments particularly focussed on the relevant mix of topics and engaging quality of speakers as well as the fantastic venue.
