Capita Registrars Annual Share Registration Conference 2009
We are delighted to announce that our annual share registration conference will be held this year at 195 Piccadilly - headquarters of the world famous BAFTA award ceremonies on Wednesday 7th October 2009.
In addition to industry updates from Capita senior management, we are pleased to announce that Sir Christopher Hogg from the Financial Reporting Council will be discussing the revision of the Combined Code and Nilufer von Bismarck from Slaughter & May will be addressing such topics as the final implementation of the Companies Act 2006 and the Shareholder Rights Directive.
