A great success at Capita Registrars Share Registration Conference, Edinburgh 2009
Capita Registrars is delighted to announce that our annual Share Registration conference which took place on 29 October 2009 at the historic Edinburgh Castle was the most successful to date.
In addition to talks from Capita Senior management, our keynote speaker was Mark Ellis, Partner from Burness LLP who gave a legal update covering topics such as Single Alternative Inspection Location and the Companies Act 2006.
