We assume responsibility for the issue of Section 793 notices, any necessary follow-up correspondence and the recording of responses on the Section 808 Register of Interests in shares.
We can produce reports on a monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis. They are available in hard copy or electronic format (PDF or excel) and can be accessed via the internet through our WebIR service. To support our clients’ Investor Relations departments we supply quantitative shareholder analysis data.

Our webIR system allows you to conveniently access the full range of detailed shareholder analysis reports online and via download. This service enables you to refine their approach to investor relations by identifying individual investment decision-makers holding stock, as well as those Fund Managers not represented.
