Interactive Meeting Voting
In joint venture with software provider IML Limited we provide complete real time voting services at AGMs.
The service offers a non-intrusive facility for shareholders to vote interactively at company meetings, via a hand-held keypad. The shareholder is registered on IML’s system, then issued with a Smart Cart and keypad to enable interactive voting.
We provide a bespoke service including full hardware and software support and set up as well as hands on support at the meeting.
Prior to the meeting our experienced staff liaise with you to fully understand your needs, we tailor each meeting to the requirements of the client.
