- Assist with all CREST matters – and any administration to accompany.
- Offer a multitude of advanced payment methods and procedures - we are the only registrars who pay dividends through the CREST settlement system.
- Provide administration for both DRIP and SCRIP dividends on behalf of clients.
- Support public offers – full provision of receiving agent responsibilities providing valuable information and banking facilities.
We also offer a number of added-value services from Depository Interest facilities through to access to the Issues Direct database. Access will allow companies and sponsors to seek participation of private investors alongside their institutional investors in order to raise funds.
