We will:
- Assist with the production of shareholder documentation.
- Process shareholder responses including electronic messaging through the CREST system.
- Calculate individual entitlements.
- Distribute cash and/or shares as appropriate.
- Arrange payment of stamp duty and SDRT.
We also handle a variety of corporate actions in relation to employee share plans and other regulated products.
