The Share Portal is an online facility which allows shareholders to securely access their holdings via the internet at their own convenience.
By creating a Share Portal account, shareholders are able to access the full range of online services, including the ability to:
- View their holdings movements, indicative share price and valuation
- View their dividend payment history
- Register and change bank mandate instructions
- Register and change their email and address details
- Sign-up to receive e-communications
- Access the online proxy voting service
- Access the share dealing service
- Download and print shareholder forms
- Opt-in to receive company product and service information
- Contact our specialised shareholder help-line or submit email enquiries.
Employees who are participants in share plans administered by Capita Share Plan Services are also able to view share plan information in the same screen. This includes, for example, SIP statements and, where relevant, online share plan applications and online exercising facilities.
