Our client Irish Life & Permanent launched an initiative for shareholders to register to receive communications electronically. In the eight weeks since launch, they had had a spectacular 5,934 shareholders sign-up, mostly received in the first three weeks. e-Communications

Join the growing number of companies now encouraging shareholders to register to receive company communication electronically. Not only can this save substantial print and postage costs, but it provides shareholders with increased choice and faster access to company information.

Information you may wish to communicate electronically may include Reports and Accounts, Notice of Meeting, links to online proxy voting facilities and any other information you need to communicate.

Our comprehensive eComms service provides:

Cost-savings through incentive schemes

Shareholder Incentive Schemes encourage shareholders to subscribe for e-communication, achieving corporate social responsibility benefits as well as significant cost-saving. These can take the form of environmental initiatives, donations to in-house charities, prize draws or award schemes to name a few.
